Methodology
Wait time estimates are derived from USCIS published processing time ranges for each form type. These ranges reflect the time USCIS takes to process 80% of cases. Actual processing times depend on many factors including case complexity, evidence quality, and service center workload. Country-specific backlogs (visa retrogression) may add additional wait time beyond petition processing.
