The EB-5 program dashboard is now live

We kept running into the same problem. USCIS publishes processing times on one page. Filing volumes show up in FOIA responses. The visa bulletin lives on the State Department site. Approval rates require math across multiple PDFs. Nobody puts it in one place.

So we did. The dashboard is at eb5status.com/dashboard.

What you will find#

Processing times for every EB-5 form: I-526E, I-526, I-829, I-956F, I-485, I-765, and I-131. These come from the USCIS processing times page and update when USCIS publishes new numbers.

Filing volumes and approval rates from the most recent AIIA FOIA dataset (July 2025). Receipts, adjudications, and approval rates broken down by TEA category: Rural, HUA, and Unreserved.

Visa bulletin final action dates and dates for filing across EB-5 categories, from the Department of State.

Sources#

Every number on the dashboard traces back to a government publication:

• Processing times come from the USCIS Processing Times Tool, scraped via the jzebedee/uscis open source project
• Filing volumes come from the AIIA FOIA dataset (July 2025 release)
• Visa bulletin data comes from Department of State monthly publications

We do not estimate or project values on the public dashboard. If USCIS published it, you see it. If they did not, you do not.

Update frequency#

Processing times and visa bulletin data refresh automatically when the agencies publish. Filing volumes update quarterly when new FOIA data arrives. A daily automated check runs at 6am and emails us if any data source goes stale.

What we are watching#

We want to add country specific waitlist estimates and rural vs urban TEA comparisons. We are waiting for 30 days of traffic data before deciding what to build next.
