Receipt Number Lookup

Enter your 13-character USCIS receipt number to check your case status in real time.

Receipt numbers are 13 characters: 3 letters followed by 10 digits (e.g., IOE0912345678).

Your receipt number is never stored or logged. We only record aggregate, anonymized data (form type and status code) to improve processing time estimates for the EB-5 community.

What is an EB-5 visa?

The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program allows foreign investors to obtain U.S. permanent residence by investing in job-creating enterprises. The minimum investment is $800,000 in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) or $1,050,000 in non-TEA areas.

Under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022, investors can file I-526E petitions through USCIS-designated regional centers. Rural TEA projects receive priority processing and a 20% visa set-aside.
