Investment Requirements
- ✓$800,000 minimum for TEA (rural, high unemployment, infrastructure)
- ✓$1,050,000 minimum for standard (non TEA) projects
- ✓Capital must be "at risk" in a qualifying U.S. commercial enterprise
- ✓Investment must create at least 10 full time jobs
Documentation Requirements

- ✓3 to 5 years of tax returns or equivalent financial records
