Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 14 day Pro trial requires only a free account. You will not be charged unless you decide to subscribe at the end of the trial.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account reverts to the Free tier. You keep your dashboard, preferences, and 4 quarters of history. Nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You retain access through the end of your billing period.
Is the data really better on Pro?
The underlying data quality is identical across tiers. Pro unlocks depth, history, forward models, exports, alerts, and API access that the Free tier does not include.
Can my firm share a single Pro subscription?
Single subscriber accounts are for individual use. Firms with multiple users should look at the Enterprise plan, which includes seat management and invoice billing.
Can I use Pro data in client facing materials?
Yes. Pro CSV and PDF exports include a small EB5Status watermark. Enterprise subscribers can remove the watermark for client deliverables.
