Mission
EB5Status is the independent data authority for the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. We publish verified immigration data with institutional credibility and transparent provenance, analogous to how the Federal Reserve publishes monetary data that policymakers, economists, and journalists cite without question.
What We Are
- Independent, non-governmental data institution
- Public-interest data publisher with methodology transparency
- Machine-readable, downloadable, citable data for all audiences
- Free public access to all core datasets
What We Are Not
- Not a law firm or legal advisor
- Not a regional center or investment promoter
- Not a marketplace connecting investors with projects
- Not an advocacy organization or trade association
- Not an investment advisor or financial services provider
Independence Principles
EB5Status sells advertising space to regional centers, law firms, wealth management firms, and financial services providers. All advertising is clearly labeled and visually separated from data and analysis. A strict editorial firewall ensures advertisers have zero influence on data collection, methodology, trust tier assignments, or editorial analysis.
Revenue from advertising supports our data operations without compromising independence.
